Im not happy with you guys for putting up a post like this,,,,,  :P
I just had to try out my credit card to see if my cvc code is correct.....  And of some reason I tried on a site with this sound card !  ???

Im having big troubles hearing (My left ear is starting to give up) so I see this investment to be in the category: "Old Age Aid"  :D .

Thanks for the good post here !

Nice work folke
I'm loving this card so far. It's really made my whole gaming experience much more immersive with the better audio.

Just remember to disable your onboard sound and remove any drivers associated with it before installing the new card. Get the latest drivers from their website as well instead of using the disc that comes with it.

I have always thought that a sound card is not that important, the built in will do !

Well !  Got my Z today, unpacked, install and fired up Arma !.

This is a religious experience !!!  Im a believer !  there is only one word for this:   WOOOOOOOOOOOW !

I can hear the sounds clear now, only such a simple thing like reloading the gun makes my hair stand up...
Firing the gun is almost better than having sex, "Sorry wife!"  :P   Can write anymore, must try helicopters and hunters and tanks and.............

Just ordered mine.  Should be here Saturday.  I got so fed up with the logitech driver for my headphones - it kept locking up my computer each time I switched between my desktop speakers (I use while working during the day) and my headphones (used for gaming).

if anybody is on the fence about this. Newegg is selling a refurb unit for about half price until the 10th. I just bought one and figure ill buy a brand new one if it feels worth it and give the refurb to my gf.

Refurbed one... Cant be that bad, I guess that's units that have lost the box, or returned opened so they had to glue the box. Even if they have been in use for a while, I dont see any problems...   Its not that a sound card get dragged in the mud.

Maybe it get clogged up after a while in use with NQDY teamspeak with all the bull we are talking  :P  .

I think you will be happy.

I went out and got a XFX Radeon R9 280 DD 3GB graphiccard today and went from having 21 FPS on normal with my old card to having 35 FPS on Ultra settings with this one. So now i'm really looking forward to our next session of ARMA 3 which will be on Sunday for me.

Next thing to buy will be the soundcard I don't want to be left out  :P

my card got here monday and i just installed it and tried out arma.....

thank you ghost for making this thread. EVERYTHING sounds so different, bill hopped in to make sure my mic wasnt playing game sounds (thanks bill and skull) and when he talked it was like i was in a surround sound theater. If my headset wasnt so uncomfy i would think i was playing with my speakers turned on.

cant wait to try it out more tomorrow!
