so i finally decided to try and set up head tracking. I have a DIY set up and all the software i try doesnt work for me for some reason. I started out trying to follow this
http://www.maximumpc.com/article/how-tos/how_build_your_own_ir_head_tracker
since i have a ps3 eye that i am using. Free track kept crashing every few minutes or would just show a black screen for the camera. So then i tried tracknoir and just have no idea how to use it.
Can anybody help me out here? I am using a a ps3 eye with 3 layers of film over it and a 3 point headset clip. I already bought the camera drivers so now i just need working software. Thanks.

If you haven't already done so, it helps a bunch to remove the ir filter from your camera.
